Additionally, the saleswoman had next to no knowledge of the process and the car itself. Every question required someone else to help and I knew more about the car than she did.

My follow up they told me they have to order the part,

Then I was told on Saturday they just do oil service maintenance. The next appiontment will be on Monday? I dropped off my Touson at 10:15am on Monday, same I was told it will be done in couple of hours but after my few calls, I was able to get it back at 3:15pm? I guess it due to under hyundai warranty coverage koons dealership was least interested to fixed my repairs? This is the 2nd time I have very bad experience at Koons dealership.

They sold me a car with worn down tires and it failed inspection. Did not fill my gas before i drove off the lot, and did not clean the brand new car i bought. The people who work there are incredibly rude.
