My vehicle was not done at the time it was suppose to be. Recalls it was brought in for were not all fixed at this time. Had to pick up the next day because it was not ready on time. No one ever spoke with me about the services that were performed as I was just sent an email. I have been a Koons customer since 2005 and this is the least friendly service I have ever received. Not even washed or vacuumed with no floor mats. More

I arrived without an appointment and was greeted by Michael Watson on the sidewalk. I started my search online and found this dealership had a vehicle I was interested in test driving. It was the third car I looked at that day and still had 3 others that I set appointments to test drive. I ended up cancelling all other appointments and started a purchase with Michael. Yes, I loved the vehicle, but I'm sure I would have loved any of the ones I had planned to see. It was something about Michael's character that I knew I wanted to proceed. The entire experience led positively. I got to know my sales rep and hear stories of his daughter and wife, while I showed him some really cool iPhone apps I had found. There was a focus on me as the customer and not once did I sense that they couldn't meet my needs. Staff came to me with paperwork and numbers and worked with me to beat my pre-approval. I feel I got exactly what I wanted out of the deal. I drove away that same day. I am beyond satisfied with my purchase and the experience.
