The service has been just fine but the problem remains in my Palisade where all cruise and lane assist error out each time I go on a trip. This is not acceptable and they say they cannot replicate the problem or find anything in the cars computer logs, although I provided multiple pictures of the dash errors. I was left for six days without a ride. I dropped the car off on Tuesday afternoon and was told they would get hold of me in a day or two. Friday I called and expressed I needed my car and was told the technician would call me back. I had to travel at my expense for a vehicle and was not contacted until Monday of the following week. This is not acceptable and I would like to know what are the terms in warranty for providing a loaner vehicle. Additionally this system would not allow me to submit my feedback unless I put an indication for the Management and Admin Department. I have no idea who these people are! More
