Great dealership. The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the first time I took my car in for a service appointment was because I had a nail in one tire. Ma The staff is always friendly and helpful. However, the first time I took my car in for a service appointment was because I had a nail in one tire. Maybe it's because I chose to drop it off and go elsewhere, but it took the whole day for them to realize they don't have my tire brand in stock, so they couldn't replace my tire yet. My appointment was 9:30am, but I wasn't given any updates via phone until about 2pm or 3pm. There were also some complications with retrieving my car after service closed because of some confusion with dealership phone numbers. I texted back the number that called me originally to give me the update, but they never received the text. When the service rep texted me that evening to explain he never received any message from me, it was from a totally different phone number, and then I received no reply from that number after I responded. I ended up retrieving my car for the night and coming back a few days later once they received their tire shipment. I don't blame the dealership for the phone number mishap, but I still don't know if my texts were ever received either time. Also, once I came back as a walk-in, I waited a few hours in the morning. Maybe I was in the bathroom when they called out my name, but I had to go up to the counter to check for my car and I'm not sure how long it was waiting ready for me. On the good side, originally the service rep quoted me a price for a different tire brand than what I had on my other tires. Once he realized his mistake, he still agreed to offer me the tire at that same price before telling me I had to wait a couple days for the tire shipment. More

Michael was extremely helpful from the moment we arrived until we left. He took the time to show us every vehicle we were interested in without hesitation and provided detailed information about each one. O until we left.
