My sales person was very knowledgeable, but I felt like I was being scammed during the buying process. Ultimately they honored the pricing I had. I would not purchase from this dealership again. I do believe there is something to be said about appearance and the inside of building looks like at any point is will fall apart, desks, chairs, ceiling tile, etc. looked very old, dingy, not a welcoming atmosphere as far as aesthetics. Sold me a pre-owned vehicle that had an issue which would not qualify it to be certified. Kia wont cover it. ALM through multiple people told m they would take care of it and then promptly ghosted me. would not qualify it to be certified. Kia wont cover it.
