Update: I received the refund that we discussed and the GM said that they have put a policy in place to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else. I love the truck they sold me. They gave me a price for the vehicle I wanted but then changed the price when I went to financing. Richard said he was going to refund my money but then I couldn't get ahold of him. When I did finally reach him he said that everyone had gone home for the day and that he would get back to me, but he still hasn't gotten back to me and claimed his voicemail isn't working. It is difficult to talk to anyone at the dealership. More

The dealership itself is nice. I made an appointment with a salesperson told him exactly what I wanted, upon arrival he did not have what I wanted on site. That was frustrating. Salesman got me in with a very slightly used truck that I believe had sold or was never there. Then he offered me a very good deal on a brand new one at 0% interest. Then when I asked about claiming $7500 ta believe had sold or was never there. Then he offered me a very good deal on a brand new one at 0% interest. Then when I asked about claiming $7500 tax rebate and only then was told I gave that to Ford as part of the deal. I complained about bait and switch and not being transparent about rebate. Was I supposed to ask "how can you give me such a great deal"? Chris called and said he was canceling my down payment. Wait I told him I sold my old truck, what am I supposed to do now? He said he would do what he could which ended up being $1000 discount. Also then he sprung on me that Ford's 3 year warranty only covered things Ford decides are what is a defect and what is just wear and tear. hen he sold me a warranty I pay about $50 a month for 6 years. This is my 4th F-150 in a row since 1997. I never bickered about price, people were very pleasant but everything lacked transparency. I went to Starling (30 min away) because I had a very good experience with their Service Center after Cocoa Ford (5 minutes from my house where I bought the truck) refused to fix a warranty issue. I know everyone has to make a living and am a reasonable person but they lived up to what the public perception of car salesmen. Sorry but that's how it was. BTW I love my Lightning Flash more than my last 3 F-150s after a week. Hope this continues. More
