I normally don’t leave reviews, but I felt this one was necessary. My overall experience with the dealership itself was honestly disappointing. The process for out-of-state buyers is extremely time-consumi necessary. My overall experience with the dealership itself was honestly disappointing. The process for out-of-state buyers is extremely time-consuming, cumbersome, and definitely needs to be updated — it’s 2025, and having to send paperwork through the mail multiple times because the finance manager forgot to include certain documents is unacceptable. The whole process felt unorganized, and I didn’t feel valued as a customer at all. There were several times I had to follow up myself just to get updates that should have been handled proactively. When they received my paperwork, the finance manager said OK everything is done and ready. All I needed to do was add the vehicle to my insurance and I can have the people that was coming to pick the vehicle up to deliver to me to do so. I received a call about 40 minutes later stating that he had forgotten to send me some paperwork which ended up to be about six sheets and that I needed to push back the delivery which I wasn’t going to do because I already had to pay delivery out-of-pocket and I would’ve had to pay 300 extra dollars to reschedule the pick up that he told me I could arrange. I almost pulled The sale Francisco is the only reason I didn’t. There were also multiple situations where Francisco, my sales consultant, had to seek clarity from his manager Wich is absolutely Fine and appreciated if he didn’t know the information. I’m not sure of her name, but on several occasions while Francisco was speaking with me, she would speak loudly enough for me to hear and came across as very rude. For example, BMW confirmed that my vehicle was supposed to come with an iPad as part of its exclusive package. When I reached out about it, Francisco explained that the iPad was never received from the auction and that he was doing his best to get it handled without additional cost to me. The car was also supposed to include a Display Key, which we ended up paying for out of pocket. When I mentioned that the iPad was meant for rear-seat passengers to control certain vehicle functions — as part of the luxury experience — her response was dismissive, stating that “it’s not the only way to make things work.” Granted, that may be true however I went With that vehicle because of the functions, also the online price was about 30 grand and after everything I ended up with 44k plus the out-of-pocket for the iPad, the display key and the delivery cost. So having the right things on a vehicle that was so much is expected by any Customer. However, I want to make it absolutely clear that Francisco was the only bright spot in the entire process. He went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything, stayed patient through every delay, and treated me with genuine respect. Even responding to my text messages when he was out of the office and not working. His professionalism, honesty, and effort truly stood out, He even sent me a video of my vehicle being loaded onto the delivery truck before he left work that day that it was picked up — if it weren’t for him, I would have walked away For what I ended up paying for the BMW, I could have gotten a newer car that came with all of the features it was supposed to.. If you’re planning to buy from this dealership, I highly recommend asking for Francisco specifically. He deserves five stars, even if the dealership itself does not. More

Julio was great, as was his manager, and I am very happy with my new Rubicon. I specially like that you offered a better deal than Arrigo Margate. I have $3000 left in my pocket that I wouldn't have if Id h with my new Rubicon. I specially like that you offered a better deal than Arrigo Margate. It took over 2 hours just to get the final paperwork & my registration printed. Everyone says it's 'a new system' but I got a guy who obviously needs more training on it. More
