CJ and Traci made quite the team! It all started with a lengthy process of reviewing our needs and long term goals for a new vehicle, examining MPG, Towing, and Safety features when It all started with a lengthy process of reviewing our needs and long term goals for a new vehicle, examining MPG, Towing, and Safety features when comparing vehicles, to find us just the right fit. CJ's demonstration of all the bells and whistles, while a bit overwhelming for non-tech saavy folks like us, was over the top customer service, really showing us how to get the most out of our beautiful Subaru 2020 Ascent Limited vehicle. We left and came back when he encouraged us to think about it, which made the whole stress of taking on new debt a whole lot less daunting. Then came Traci, who brought my APR down a whole 2 points by searching every option she could find and adding packages to give me the peace of mind I like to have - covered for any contingency for 60 miles while still keeping me in budget. I was amazed with the service and years of experience that CJ and Traci provided- together a longstanding and well-oiled machine. Tucson Subaru is lucky to have them. More
