I had a 2013 and loved it, but I read that the newer ones had some great improvements and I was interested. CJ Nichols took us on a test drive in a 2017 demo and it performed great: responsive, quiet, and comfortable. We ended up leaving in a brand new pearl white Outback. CJ's knowledge and expertise is amazing. He explained all the features and answered any and all questions. He even paired up my I-phone to the blue tooth system before we left. I think we enjoyed the company of CJ even more than the experience of buying a new vehicle. He is so very personable. Thanks CJ. More

I came across it online, and called to inquire about its availability. I was immediately connected to C.J. Nichols who handles their online sales and he was able to answer any questions I had about the truck, as well as my trade-in. I was coming down from Sedona to trade in my wife's vehicle and he made sure everything was squared away first so I didn't have to spend too much time there after the long road trip. He even shot an additional video of the truck and sent it to me so that I could see some details that weren't in the online pictures. When I showed up, the truck was just how I'd hoped if not better. I felt that I got a really good value for the vehicle as well as a fair trade-in price. Neither C.J. nor Curt, who worked on my financing was high pressure. Overall, the experience was very positive. I decided the Forester was just not quite large enough so then looked at an Outback. Again CJ was very accommodating and answered all my questions. The buying process went very smoothly, not pushy with all the extras. CJ explained all the functions of the car before I left and set my cell phone up on Blue Tooth. After we caught up, he proceed to find me the exact new CJ, who I had purchased a 2011 Outback from in the past, welcomed me back like an old friend.
