I have been in retail and rental realty for over 40 years. Nothing gets by me. That is why for two months, over the entire tri-state area, I shopped four vehicle brands, including six Honda Dealerships for a new vehicle, almost giving up. (I know and demand a great value and price.) I was impressed with DCH Paramus Honda enough to return several times, but not sold. Other dealers said that I was being tricked. That, the deal was too good to be true. THE DEAL was not only real, but changed my belief that all car salesman, and dealers could not be trusted. What makes DCH Paramus Honda different, is not only the selection, service, and the unbeatable prices, but their staff! DCH Paramus Honda is made up of sincere honest people; like, Kadir Karagoz, senior sales consultant. . He deserves National Recognition. I have met a lot of sales representatives in my 45 years of auto and general product purchases, but this man is more. He is a true human being and a tribute to everything America has to offer in the way of automobiles. He provided me the best customer service, and satisfaction I have experienced. thanks Hamad Deeb for your understanding. Special thanks to Umair Khan, Used for showing me how great my New Honda will be years from now. I also want to thank Mr. C.J. Slitas, who is Kadir Karagoz's direct manager for pushing the deal though. Thanks also to Bob Tranquilli, financial specialist, and Mr. Bobby Kibbler, General Manager, for putting together sales teams with integrity, geared toward consumer satisfaction. DCH Paramus Honda you are setting a hard example to follow for all other dealerships. I do not know who the owner of DCH Paramus Honda is, but I hope he is reading this. Sir, rest assured that I am worth my weight in gold for word of mouth advertising. You have people Mr. Kadir Karagoz to thank as well as the others. But especially Kadir. My first contact was with Tim Hlavenka, who provided extraordinary service. Upon arrival at the dealership, he professionally and politely navigated me through my new car purchase. It was seamless and flawless. Tim’s experience and knowledge, along with his professional and pleasant demeanor is incomparable. He introduced me to a fantastic salesperson, John Park, who took me for my test drive. I felt completely at ease with John. He is very calm, polite, sincere and engaging with extensive knowledge of his products. I returned the next day to make the purchase. I was introduced to C.J. Slitas and Ruben Nunez to complete the sales and financing paperwork. They were kind, organized, and efficient, while patiently and thoroughly addressing all my questions. Make sure you know who is the leasing company behind your vehicle that you lease!!! After using DCH Paramus Honda for the leasing of 7 cars, I am very disappointed with how our most recent leasing experience vehicle that you lease!!! After using DCH Paramus Honda for the leasing of 7 cars, I am very disappointed with how our most recent leasing experience was handled. For all of our Honda leases, we have used Honda Financial Services and have been very pleased. They offer a generous Excess Wear Policy which allows 3 separate incidents of up to $500 in damages/excess wear, for a total of $1500. This is one of the most generous Excess Wear Policy among any car type. We were not informed that the lease on our most recent car would be through HANN Financial Service Corporation, which does not offer the same Excess Wear Policy. They only offer one incident of up to $500 in damages/excess wear. While we do not anticipate having to use this Excess Wear Policy, we are very aware of how a consumer can be burned by it, and like the generosity of Honda Financial Services policy. (On a previous lease through Mazda, they nickle and dimed everything they could, including tire wear. There policy was the same as HANN's.) THE CONSUMER SHOULD BE INFORMED THAT THERE IS A DIFFERENCE IN THE LEASING COMPANIES, AND BE ALLOWED TO MAKE THE DECISION OF WHOM TO LEASE WITH. We were not given that choice. When C.J. Slitas was contacted about this, his attitude was basically, "Yep, those are the terms and you should have read the whole contract so you would know that." By the way, no mention of HANN being the finance company is on the lease contract. While HANN's leasing price is less than Honda Financial Services price, the terms of the leasing contract are different. This was NEVER pointed out to us. In the past, I have referred many, many people to DCH Paramus Honda, and they have either purchased or leased there. Now I will make it my mission to tell anyone and everyone about what happened at DCH Paramus, and that they should be aware of the leasing/financing company before they sign on the dotted line. More
