Totally disappointed, had an appointment for 11:30 oil change and tire rotation left 2.5 hours later, never given choice or opportunity to reschedule, was told mechanic removed a nail without consultation change and tire rotation left 2.5 hours later, never given choice or opportunity to reschedule, was told mechanic removed a nail without consultation, resulting in either a new tire at my expense or patch. Evan did not communicate with me at all, not even a hello when I arrived. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my oil change. I waited 2 hours and finally went outside myself to check on when I arrived. There was absolutely no communication on the progress of my oil change. I waited 2 hours and finally went outside myself to check on the status of my vehicle. The gentleman that greeted me outside when I pulled up for my service finally helped me. He informed me that my vehicle was done and that Evan was on a lunch break which is why I was not informed my vehicle was ready. Another service advisor cashed me out and I was on my way. My question is, if I wouldn't have taken it upon myself to check on my vehicle, how long would I have sat and waited before being told that my vehicle was ready? Evan needs to work on his communication skills,in the 2 hours that I was there he did not speak to me once. Poor customer service. More
