Corey needs to learn communication skills to your customers. The only response I received from Corry was I will find someone that will tell you the exact same thing, which make no sense. Because you had our vehicle from 7/2 to 7/24, we couldn’t use our boat. The said thing is Corey could care less. It wasn’t until I talked with Dustin before things got moving, I really believe Corey was playing games with me and seeing how long he could keep my vehicle because he knew I wasn’t happy with the time frame. For a position that sits at a desk by a phone he never reaches out unless you call and leave a few messages at his extension. Public relation training for him would go a long way for he has none. I hope he gets some needed training. Thanks Scott More

Brought my truck back in to fix an issue caused by previous service a week earlier. Corey put 110% into making sure I was happy and everything was correct. My only issue with the service department is this; Why do the mechanics have to adjust my seat when they are only in it for a few minutes? I can understand it if I was 5 foot tall and the mechanic was 6 foot or if they had to take the vehicle out on the road for a test drive. But in addition this time they adjusted the steering wheel, lowered it and pushed all the way in. I do not have a seat memory function so I am still fine tuning it to try to get back to where I am comfortable. More
