He took the time to answer my questions, made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, and helped make purchasing my XC40 a genuinely positive experience.
I also wanted to recognize Sam. After the purchase, he took the time to help me get my keys squared away and even helped me put my license plates on. It may seem like a small thing, but those extra moments of kindness and willingness to help made a big impression. He was friendly, patient, and went out of his way to make sure everything was taken care of.
What stood out most about both Caden and Sam was that they made me feel valued, not just like another customer. Their professionalism was excellent, but it was their kindness and genuine care that made the experience memorable.
