I am always so impressed by the level of customer service Crest consistently provides. Fabian and Mark in the service center both made me feel as if I was a famous person and connected me with Mark who is helping me plan my next vehicle purchase. Caden gave me his time to test drive a cx60 while mark was away for lunch and was so knowledgeable about the product he supports. I don't know the name of the two ladies in the loaner department but they both two just really made me feel comfortable and were so helpful. More
