We actually agreed on a price online before even stepping foot in the building. When we arrived to test drive and sign, there were zero surprises—the price we discussed was the price on the paper. Matt was phenomenal; he was upfront, honest, and didn't try to push any "hidden fees" or additional items we didn't ask for. It was the smoothest, most haggle-free transaction I’ve ever been a part of. We worked with Jack in the finance department, who was incredibly organized and thorough. A major highlight for us was that we brought our own outside financing. In my experience, this is usually where dealerships try to pressure you to switch, but Jack was a total pro. He respected our choice and didn't try to change our minds, which we deeply appreciated. If you are looking for a dealership that values your time and honors their word, go to Premier Subaru.
