After inspecting your vehicle, we confirmed that the roof trim pieces were bent and had become unsecured due to broken clips. You mentioned that the damage occurred after visiting a car wash, and we understand how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, as your advisor explained, this type of damage is not covered under warranty, as it was caused by an external factor. That said, in recognition of your continued loyalty to North Penn, we offered to replace the trim pieces at no cost to you. We hope this gesture reflects our appreciation for your business and our commitment to your satisfaction. Your advisor also mentioned that certain automatic car washes—depending on their design and equipment—can sometimes cause damage to exterior trim pieces. High-pressure water, brushes, or even air dryers may contribute to such issues. To help prevent this from happening again, we recommend trying a different car wash location or method in the future. We’re truly sorry to hear that this experience has led you to feel disappointed in our service department. It’s always our goal to provide exceptional care and support to every customer, and we regret that we fell short of your expectations in this instance.
