I live out of state, and purchased my vehicle electronically. Caitlyn & Nick both promptly answered every question I had, while attending to every concern of mine throughout the process. I can’t electronically. Caitlyn & Nick both promptly answered every question I had, while attending to every concern of mine throughout the process. I can’t say enough great things about their character and personalities. They reassured me throughout entire purchase process, and remained in communication with me the entire time, always going above & beyond the usual expectations from a sales team at a car dealership. Impressive, especially due to the fact I was a long distance buyer. Although I did not work with Anthony directly, he always made sure to have any finance questions answered immediately, and the finance documents executed promptly. Excellent work from the team and thank you! More

So I tried to surprise him but he figured it out. She never hesitated at all knowing it would be over a week before we could get there. We confirmed day of and she had it out cleaned and ready to go! She even played a little trick on him. He was so happy with the truck and the overall experience! 11/10 recommend Caitlyn at Taylor Ford of Manteno! We even had a little incident at the dealership but they went above and beyond to fix the mishap and EVERYONE was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Caitlyn! More
