While the initial Service/purchase went really well, the follow-up was terrible. This evening is the 29th. We purchased Our vehicle with a Cashier's check on December 3rd. We didn't finance. We started out follow-up was terrible. This evening is the 29th. We purchased Our vehicle with a Cashier's check on December 3rd. We didn't finance. We started out with Adam Williams (from the Chevy Dealership). He assisted Us initially, and then passed Us to Caleb Bireley. Caleb said that the money that We were owed would be mailed to Us. 26 days later, We are still waiting on Our change/refund due Us as well as the registration/title info for the Gladiator. Of the several times that I contacted You (the Title Dept.) only one call got returned and it was over 3 hours later. I had to call back on EVERY other occasion. The one return call that was done, I was told that I would receive another call the same day between 4 and 5 pm. That was on the 24th. It didn't happen. Not on Monday (the 26th). Not on Tuesday (the 27th). I called again late Wednesday afternoon (the 27th) and was told that the paperwork and balance owed to Us was going to be mailed on Thursday (the 29th). 26 days after the purchase. I was hoping to be able to transfer the plates from My previous truck to the Gladiator while I was still on vacation. I have a very demanding work schedule that starts back up on January 3rd. This is definitely not very good after-sale Customer Service. More
