My girlfriend life partner absolutely loves her new mini, everyone was pleasant the whole experience, Mike was not pushy and took us through the whole process, I met the owner Jim Kelly and wanted to ask him what it was like to make it to four Super Bowls and lose all four, of course he was a different Kelly and a lot younger but he stopped and introduced himself. Mike Cramer really enjoys his job and has developed a new car experience for us , we will be back for our third red mini and probably leasing able x1 also. Each has been a great experience with superb BMW vehicles; an X3, M240i, and a Z4. We dealt with a great client advisor, Mike Cramer on each occasion. He knows his product well and by the time you have asked all your questions, you do to. No question is too trivial for Mike. He makes you feel like he is there for you no matter the time required. Pricing is always a time for trepidation, with Mike and general sales manager Scott Brooks that too flowed easily. The day of picking up the new vehicle was made easy also by Mike and the BMW genius Tyler. Again all the time that was needed for our learning experience was given without pushing us to move on. When service has been needed on our vehicles, we have an established relationship with service advisor Brian Dorsett. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk and work with. The service and parts department have been very responsive and do quality work. The facility is top of the line and spotless. Great customer amenities, including a loaner vehicle if needed. We would recommend the BMW experience to anyone who is looking for a new or slightly used vehicle. Every employee who we have dealt with or have met, just in passing, go out of their way to make you feel welcome. More

We came to the dealership to look at a used vehicle, but walked out with a new Mini Countryman...and I couldn't be happier! Not knowing anything about the Mini's, and assuming they would be way too small fo walked out with a new Mini Countryman...and I couldn't be happier! Not knowing anything about the Mini's, and assuming they would be way too small for my husband who is 6'3", we stopped by to look at a Lincoln Corsair used car with only 1200 miles on it that I had located on the internet. We walked into the dealership and Mike began helping us by introducing himself and asking why we stopped in. There was a new Countryman on the floor that I was looking at, so he assumed that was what I was looking for, and asked me about it. I said I wasn't interested because I knew my husband would not be comfortable riding in it. He grinned, opened the front door, adjusted the seat and asked Jim to try it. We were amazed! We spent the next hour or so talking and learning about the Mini's, which I had always admired but never seriously considered. Mike answered every question and was incredibly considerate and patient. Long story short, we purchased a new Countryman, and after two weeks of driving it, I am very very pleased. I come from a long line of family-owned dealerships, and have heard every story imaginable about dealerships' customer service...the good, the bad and the ugly. My father was a friend of Jim Kelley, Tom's father. Mike Cramer and the entire Kelley team at the BMW dealership could not rank higher in my book. From the manager, Scott to the sales team, to Tyler who spent an hour orienting me to the new car and the finance team, Tom Kelley has put together an extraordinary, cooperative, knowledgable and gracious team at this dealership. I will definitely search out Mike Cramer if/when I am once again in the market for a car! You had better hang onto him, Mr. Kelley!! More
