Auto Purchase I must say that this has been the best experience I've ever had while in the process of purchasing a car. On Monday, I received news from CALEB, that I must say that this has been the best experience I've ever had while in the process of purchasing a car. On Monday, I received news from CALEB, that I would need a new transmission and that it would be really costly. Caleb, referred me to jimmy, to discuss possibly purchasing a car. After thinking about it and weighing my options, I made an appointment with JIMMY - to come in and discuss my options, with him, on Saturday. I must add that I prayed as soon as I woke up Saturday morning. I really didn't know what to expect or how things would go. I quickly found out that I was in good hands with Scott Clark Nissan. Jimmy had a customer when I arrived; so he introduced me to TROY. Troy was very professional, yet warm and easy to communicate with. I am very well pleased with the outcome of the purchase of my new Nissan Maxima and not only that but JONATHAN, the finance manager was very kind and courteous as well. Cmaintenace Awesom on a Saturday I scheduled 1:45 pm online formSaturday. I called spoke with Caleb who got us in almost 2 hours sooner. Our thirty thousand mile maintenance done and I scheduled 1:45 pm online formSaturday. I called spoke with Caleb who got us in almost 2 hours sooner. Our thirty thousand mile maintenance done and out the door in about two hours. Superior job! Great lounge with wi fi clean, comfy while I waited. I like Scott Clark Nissan more and more. Best Dealership & Salesman Around I have never visited Scott Clark Nissan before purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder. I had previously dealt with Marty Abernathy at Scott Clark Toyota when I have never visited Scott Clark Nissan before purchasing my Nissan Pathfinder. I had previously dealt with Marty Abernathy at Scott Clark Toyota when we purchased 2 vehicles in 2012. Marty "opened" the nissan dealership in Charlotte & since we had a great experience in 2012 we wanted to revisit Marty again for our newest vehicle. Marty set us up with our salesman, Jimmy Huggins, & once again, we had THE BEST experience purchasing our new Pathfinder! Jimmy was patient, relaxed, not overbearing, listened to our wants & needs and made our car-buying experience awesome! He matched us with the best option for our family & financial needs! I have since returned to the dealership for some issues, yet Jimmy was INCREDIBLY QUICK to reach a resolution for us & has taken care of us from the moment we were introduced! I will ABSOLUTELY return to this dealership & will ABSOLUTELY work with Jimmy again!!! More

60,000 mile service My service manager was Caleb Martin. I had an appointment at 7:45AM and he took me right back to his office I had the 60,000 mile service performed My service manager was Caleb Martin. I had an appointment at 7:45AM and he took me right back to his office I had the 60,000 mile service performed and they did everything I asked for to the penny. When I went to pay I learned I had a credit which was a nice surprise. I ask for a courtesy shuttle to go to work. I waited and Caleb explained to me the shuttle driver had to go all the way out to WT Harris for a customer. I waited and he picked me up about 30 minutes later. Caleb went above and beyond to keep me informed. More
