He went above and beyond making sure every detail was perfect. He kept in touch giving me updates on when our car would arrive. When our car came in he called me as soon as the truck delivered it and had it prepped and ready for us to pick up in hours. We took it for a test drive and went over all the features the car had to offer. He then made sure to go over all the warranty and maintenance information before I signed all my paperwork. The finance manager Mark made financing my purchase quick and easy. He explained all my options and found me the best rate. Couldn’t be happier with my interest rate and payment options. Caleb then gave me a tour of The service department and introduced me to Jason a service advisor who congratulated me on my purchase. He assured me that the Kicks was a great vehicle and looked forward to servicing my vehicle. Finally Caleb escorted me toward my vehicle and introduced me to Jason their owner loyalty manager who thanked me for my purchase and told me about a few Nissan Programs and told me if I needed anything to contact him. Finally Caleb walked me to my car shook my had and thanked me for my purchase. I can’t say enough about the whole process and how easy Caleb made. More
