My experience purchasing my new Honda civic LX with Honda care from Honda of Lincoln was extremely pleasant. After reading reviews from people about dealerships I was scared about the tactics sales employees care from Honda of Lincoln was extremely pleasant. After reading reviews from people about dealerships I was scared about the tactics sales employees would use. However, I took a different approach and told Kevin, that I have not going to follow the regular process of negotiating but I am here to make a purchase and build a long-term relationship with the dealership. Kevin really helped. They gave me good advise about the purchase. I also got a very good deal (I hope ;). It took some time for my loan from Honda to be approved (Regularly follow-up with them regarding the paper-work they would need). However Kevin and his manager understood the situation, and helped me by providing a loaner car for couple of days. Everyone at the facility was very friendly. Chad gave me good suggestions on Honda care plan, and Kevin really helped in the entire sales process, including giving me a detailed overview about the vehicle features. Caleb was very approachable and helpful when Kevin was not around. If you are looking for kind and genuine sales employees, who will understand your situation and help at every step, please consider your next vehicle purchase from Honda of Lincoln. More

I went to Honda of Lincoln looking for a safe vehicle at a decent price. I really wanted a Honda, but all the good priced used ones were sold. However, I was given several options of other reliable vehicles a decent price. I really wanted a Honda, but all the good priced used ones were sold. However, I was given several options of other reliable vehicles to look at and think about. I ended buying a Hyundai instead, but it is the best car I have had for a quite some time! On top of this, I needed to leave town and was hoping to have the new car before I left and they made it happen. Overall, the customer service was amazing! I will always recommend Honda of Lincoln and I look forward to purchasing my next car from them. More

Regarding the "overall experience" rating, I gave this a "good" only at the fault of the Honda Care Plan wording, which I had purchased but then returned to the dealership the next day, to cance gave this a "good" only at the fault of the Honda Care Plan wording, which I had purchased but then returned to the dealership the next day, to cancel. I believe I should not have to pay for a plan that back-dates itself to when the car was new, so I was literally going to have to pay for almost four years of coverage through the Honda Care Plan, on a car I never drove during that time. If the plan would have started from the date I purchased the car, I would have kept the plan because it covers everything that makes an owner of a used car so much better about. Regardless, I purchased a certified used car from Honda of Lincoln from Caleb Tran, which includes a 2 year/12,000 mile warrant anyway. Caleb did an outstanding job finding me the exact car that I wanted, even though it took some time, which now that I have the car, was worth the wait! As with anybody, I feel I got a good price but not a great price. Obviously a great price would have been considerably less than what I purchased this car for but I also got a smoking hot deal on the finance charge so I guess I can't complain. More
