Excellent buying experience We went to Honda dealer looking for a new vehicle where we met Caleb our sales consultant. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us narro We went to Honda dealer looking for a new vehicle where we met Caleb our sales consultant. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us narrow our choices down to the Accord and CR-V. He showed us a model of each explaining the options inside and out and functionality of the I-MID which is new since we last purchased a vehicle. After deciding on the accord he introduced us to Andy Goodyear and they gave us price and option packages with no pressure to make a decision on the spot. When we did go in to make the purchase we met with Chad Erwin in finance who was fantastic to work with and explained the financing, warranty coverage and options. Overall we had a very good experience from start to finish. All the staff we worked with were professional and made the car buying experience enjoyable, which is the way it should be. However, Caleb Tra We finally bit the bullet and bought a minivan. We had to do this with a seven-year-old, four-year-old, and seven-month-old in tow. However, Caleb Tran (our sales guy) and Chad Erwin (our finance guy) made this experience super easy. Caleb was patient as we took turns test driving and even helped with putting booster seats in the vans so that the "big" kids could test the vans out too. Chad was super awesome! He was knowledgeable. He was great with our kids, and he got the job done right. We were in and out of his office in no time. I would definitely recommend him to our friends and family. Overall our experience at Honda of Lincoln was super positive. We will be back for our next car purchase. More
