Caleb Varney did a great job with filling our needs to get a new 2023 Malibu. Jim Butler had a large selection with vehicles priced to sell. We went to several dealerships and they either didn't have any get a new 2023 Malibu. Jim Butler had a large selection with vehicles priced to sell. We went to several dealerships and they either didn't have any new cars on the lot or they had a so-called up-charge. Who in their right mind would pay over sticker for a new vehicle. Jim Butler will be seeing us again! More

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy & exceptional experience with Caleb; I'll absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will definitely recommend to others. As for the financing & extende experience with Caleb; I'll absolutely purchase another vehicle from him and will definitely recommend to others. As for the financing & extended warranty process, it was painful, lengthy & very antiquated on the paperwork side of it... I'd recommend being transparent and don't assume your customer sitting on the other side is ignorant and doesn't understand how the financing side of the business works. As well, it was amazing how the persona of the conversation changed once he figured out that we both knew how the system works and weren't gullible to the sales tactics regarding the "a la carte" extended warranty that was offered. When I ask questions, give me a straight answer and don't try to manipulate around it... not everyone wants to hear the sales tactic BS. More

The sales tactic they have here is the wear down method. TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. Stacy the finance guy lacked professionalism, and class. He felt is was good to tell a client he owns a Range Rover and 5 BMW TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. Stacy the finance guy lacked professionalism, and class. Stacey learn to stay in character meaning a employee of the dealership, as well as doing your job to close a deal. Your rather argue because you made the situation personable to you and caused the new employee a sale. Jim Butler prides it’s as being a Chevy power house and putting cars in people driveways.
