Terrible experience and continues to get worse. I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle in late Oct 2023. The vehicle's fluids were never filled and they did a very poor job of detailing the car I purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle in late Oct 2023. The vehicle's fluids were never filled and they did a very poor job of detailing the car dead bees were in the A/C vents. 2 weeks ago my transmission went out. I had the vehicle towed here and for it sat there for 2 days before ANYONE reached out to me to go over the warranty process and they only did so because I called and complained. This Monday I picked it up after the transmission was replaced and drove home. When I got home my key would not come out of the ignition and it did it again the next time I used it. I came back Tuesday morning to have them look at it. They said it would take 30-45 mins. We waited for over an hour and decided to go back and ask how it was coming along. He then immediately pulled the car up. My time is very important to me, and I was missing work to deal with this, so it was extremely irritating that I wasn't called Immediately when it was done. I got home and my key is still getting stuck in my ignition, I noticed dents ALL OVER the hood and roof of the car that were not there before it was towed there. Update: I have updated my review to be more fair. They were able to replace the ignition and another part underneath the vehicle and sent it over to a Honda Dealership just to make sure it was being correctly repaired, I guess. I was worried they would charge me for these repairs but they did not. I still had issues but to be fair they have upheld their side and done what was needed to get everything repaired. More
