I called for apt on 10/7 for oil change, state inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, oth inspection, recall and rear wiper- scheduled for 10/16. Arrived and was told didn't have inspection sticker or wiper & was told would hold wiper, other work done, was given no indication that work was needed for inspection. I called on 10/25 to enqure about apt for remaing work- wiper and state inspection, scheduled for 10/31, wiper was replaced and I was told about breaks and leaking fluid so didn't pass inspection. Told I could come back on 11/14. 3 appointments for service requested on 10/7, needless to say I am not impressed but also spitting mad also never given any indication of cost for anything at any time. More

I received a notice on my Ford App that there was a recall on my 2024 Ford Edge. Although I had purchased this vehicle from another dealer 2 hours away I went to Key Ford for advice on the seriousness recall on my 2024 Ford Edge.
