Not only was my service drop off a walk in the park, but they even accommodated me to get me to work on time and were okay with me picking up my vehi Not only was my service drop off a walk in the park, but they even accommodated me to get me to work on time and were okay with me picking up my vehicle after the service five minutes before they closed. They made sure to call me and check in which I appreciate due to having a busy lifestyle, it is always possible for me to forget things. The faces are friendly and the service is top notch. Calvin personally walked me through everything that would be provided and assured me everything would work out great. He kept his word and then some. Would 100% recommend this service dealership and have no plans to take my car anywhere else. Thank you Calvin for a stress free experience. Looking forward to our next encounter, which is not said lightly. I have had plenty of bad experiences with other dealers in the past, but am happy to say that this experience was outstanding. Calvin and the service team are extremely efficient, knowledgeable, respectful, and kind. Not only did they offer complimentary beverages while I was waiting, there was also a taco station on that day, which was amazing. I have been bringing my car in for servicing here for nearly a decade and they continue to exceed expectations and do a phenomenal job. Crappiest new car warranty service ever. They claim they cannot fund the very obvious rattle under the car even after I showed them where it's coming from. Said they would have to contact They claim they cannot fund the very obvious rattle under the car even after I showed them where it's coming from. Said they would have to contact Hyundai service tech for explanation. Tha was 4 months ago, and they never called me back with the results. Service lines message box always full because they won't empty it because then they would have to talk to a customer about their vehicle. Whoever the overall manager of this dealership is should be fired. He/she couldn't care less about after sales warranty service. I like the vehicle I just think the lazy service repair people should be replaced or at least properly trained how to repair the vehicles. Oh, another thing, they tried to get me to commit to pay $160.00 before they would take the vehicle in for warranty work saying it might be damage, I caused. More

I’ve been getting routine maintenance services at this location for five years now. I appreciate the free car wash with oil change and the courtesy shuttle from Lyft so I don’t have to wait at the dealers location for five years now. I appreciate the free car wash with oil change and the courtesy shuttle from Lyft so I don’t have to wait at the dealership for my services to be completed. Also the service staff is very helpful and familiar with necessary intermittent maintenance and recall services that keep my Sante Fe on the road safely.
