Hello my name is Stephanie. this is my second review. As of the 27th of May this Dealer has had my vehicle for half a year. The only way they communicate with me is if I send an this is my second review. As of the 27th of May this Dealer has had my vehicle for half a year. The only way they communicate with me is if I send an e-mail. My first review with you was a few months back and I did receive a respond from the manager of service. He stated :please contact us we can help you: they keep telling me my part is on back order. Of course they offered me a rental vehicle back in February but I pay the insurance and my insurance only covers 30days. I'm 73 and on S/S and if I wasn't who can afford that... my thoughts Hyundai can. IM over appalled with there customer service please tell me what kind of service is? More
