My husband and I were very pleased with the dealership’s response to working with us. The purchase was very efficient. It was our understanding that we would get an all weather cargo mat. Overall, it was a good experience. The dealership went out of their way to find a car in the color we wanted, and they did a good job on getting the price right. Only downside was that we spent more time at the dealership than I thought was necessary, given the circumstances of the sale. I think that was probably due to a miscommunication between the sales manager and the salesman. But other than that, no issues. I would recommend Beaver Toyota to anyone in the market for a new Toyota. More
