Ron, Sam, Jess and the rest of the team at the service center are the best of the best! I can not say enough amazing things about them. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I see them frequently fo center are the best of the best! I can not say enough amazing things about them. I put a lot of miles on my car for work, so I see them frequently for my oil changes and they treat me like family every time I'm in! I always want Sam to take my car for service appts (I'm sure everyone else is great too - she's just my girl!) and she always does such a fantastic and thorough job. Recently I traded my old CX-5 for a new one and worked with Skyler. He was super easy to work with and not pushy at all! It made the overall purchase experience super smooth. No one likes buying a new car, but Skyler made it less terrible haha! My husband and I have both been so impressed with Germain Mazda West! They truly care and it really shows! We have bought multiple Mazda's from them and will continue to do so! I can not say enough great things about them! More

Overall was good. Everybody is friendly I would say that there needed to be better communication in regards to the offer that was made to me regarding the second key b Everybody is friendly I would say that there needed to be better communication in regards to the offer that was made to me regarding the second key being made for my new car and that it being at the dealership expense. Ended up finding out later that I was supposed to be covering some of the costs as well, but that wasn't fully explained to me during the time it was offered. I was then also offered to have a key technician come out and make a second key for me and then was told that I would have to later on pay for that, but I was not told that out front. But this situation got handled and I ended up not having to pay for the key so everything ended up in my favor and ended up being fair. More
