5 Stars, what I expect from Gunn Honda after 17 years! I have been buying vehicles for over 55 years and until we met Mike Lents, I had a poor perception of sales in general. I don't intend to shop anywhere else except Gunn Honda as long as they keep Mike on board and continue with the "one simple price". Mike follows up and supports the deal no matter how long you keep a vehicle. Gunn seems to have a family atmosphere; e.g. Cameron Daugherty was the service team leader on our 2007 CRV, then he was the Finance guy on our 2015 CRV, and most recently he was the Trade-in Appraisal lead on our 2017 Ridgeline. He and Mike are a strong and versatile team. The few issues we've ever had were dealt with quickly and professionally by the whole Gunn Team and Mike Lents always took the lead and made sure the right people were involved. The best service in SA! I've been using Gunn Honda for 10 years, and love it. In 2009 I moved to Schertz, 25 miles away, and continue to use them. When I expressed interest in the Honda Accord Hybrid that had just been brought in to Gunn, he made certain to notify me as soon as it was ready to test drive. Patrick Ford, in finance, was most helpful and had everything ready to go when I went to his office. Every experience with Gunn, whether to purchase an auto or for auto service has been nothing less than pleasant. They are the easiest auto dealer to work with and hire the friendliest staff. I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. More

He didn't attempt to change my mind or try to sell me more than I wanted, and for that reason he had an easy sell. I have smoothly and easily walked out of other dealerships because of obnoxious salespeople who refused to simply sell me what I wanted to buy. Fred Fribourg was my test drive companion, and I truly could not have asked for anyone better suited for this chore. He was pleasant, informative, helpful, and didn't flinch-not once. Others have assured me that I could have purchased my vehicle less expensively elsewhere, and I'm sure that's true; however, the fact remains that Craig and Fred made this the easiest, most pleasant car buying experience EVER. I should not forget Cameron Daugherty who dealt with the financial end and, again, was superb. To sum it all up, quoting an entertaining commercial on television -- "it didn't suck. In fact I liked it!" More

We came in to see if we could not only trade in our 2015, but also upgrade. Sal worked with us and helped get the best value for our trade-in, but when another hail storm hit. He rushed out to pull our trade-in undercover to keep from sustaining any more damage. Very impressive. More
