So I first decide what car I want to buy, with the options by researching online. Then off to the closest dealer for a test drive. Then home to make a decision about the car and a reasonable price to pay for it. Werner was different... I immediately felt at ease with my salesman Cam. He was extremely knowledgeable in the vehicle and all the technology behind it. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. I got a tour of the facility, and even though it's not state of the art, I was impressed by the efforts made to make buying/servicing your vehicle as easy and comfortable as possible. That's what really important (and I don't like to think I am paying for those fancy showrooms!). Overall A+ experience from testdrive to delivery! More

Car still smells like cigar smoke. I bought a 2016 VW Golf Sportwagen from Werner. The dealership and salesman were very accommodating. They let me take my time test driving and having the car inspected by a mechanic. When I test drove the car, I could tell it smelled like cigar smoke and the odor was being masked by a sickly-sweet deodorizer. I mentioned this to the salesman and he said they would remove the odor with an "ionizing" process. That took a couple of days which was fine with me - I was in no hurry. When I test drove, actually, "test-smelled" the car again, it had a bleach-like smell that the salesman assured me would go away. I could not smell the cigar smoke It's been a week since the car was ionized. The bleach-like smell has gone away, but a faint smell of cigar smoke and deodorizer has returned. I'm disappointed by this development because it makes the car unpleasant to drive. More
