They are not polite, cheat, lie, disregard the customer,

It was said that the bill will not be in and when I got home they gave me $ 475.00 without my consent and they didn't give me the car history, when I showed it I had to sign it, but I didn't see all the cards. I was told that I would get a complete set as it was printed. I did not get . All the time I felt the mocking looks and laughter of 3 men where the manager was sitting. My personal data was transferred to LoJack from which I received the notification. So far, no one has explained to me what I was credited with, what it is, what are my consequences. I don't have a car history. I made a mistake that I went there, and with so much of my experience with car dealers, I did not meet so lamely treated.

Hello. I am asking you again when you will delete illegal sale on my account without my consent of GPS, which is an additional LoJack service. This transaction was performed by you as a Volkswagen Gurnee Dealer without informing me and without my consent. This is theft, and so is the transfer of my personal data to LoJack. From 10/22/2022 you have not paid the amount for the car delivered to you. I will never recommend such dishonest salespeople and manager.
