I started looking at new cars ( 2019 Hyundai) in February 2020 and my gut feeling told me to hold off due to the uneasiness of Covid-19. I am so glad that I did, because as we all know Covid created a shut down of many businesses. I contacted my sales person who was Cameron and explained that I decided"not" to seal the deal. He completely understood and said to me "When you are ready, let me know". I was pleased to "NOT" receive multi telephone calls, text or emails harassing me . (I know his manager would not be pleased to hear this, but....... that is the way I like to conduct business. Come late September 2020, I returned to Pride Hyundai to speak with Cameron whom was off that day and spoke to Josh whom was a pleasure to work with...... This time I purchased my 2020 Hyundai Sonata, which I absolutely "LOVE" and I worked with Cameron again...........who was professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable! Kudos to you Cameron for working patiently with me. The rating of 5 stars is too low for you and if I could, I would give you 10 stars! Pride is very lucky to ave you!!! More

I leased my white Hyundai Sonata SEL on September 21, 2020.The salesperson I worked with was fabulous. He responded to my calls and emails right away. And provided me with a great deal. He only showed me 2020.The salesperson I worked with was fabulous. He responded to my calls and emails right away. And provided me with a great deal. He only showed me cars that had the features I wanted. And was very accommodating in terms of helping me transition from my current car to this new one. In addition, it was so easy to sign the paperwork, they had it ready for me to sign and review it and explained it. They even offered me an opportunity to lower my monthly lease payment slightly or get $75 back that I had overpaid. It's now October 9, 2020, I assume that $75 is coming in the mail soon. I trust them. More

Pride Hyundai advertised on their website a COVID-19 po My wife and I recently bought a brand new 2020 Hyundai Palisade from Pride Hyundai in Seekonk. Pride Hyundai advertised on their website a COVID-19 policy that for customers who felt more comfortable purchasing online, that they could facilitate the transaction remotely and deliver the vehicle to us. They kept their advertised promise! Having a newborn baby at home, this approach made us feel much more comfortable and safe and still allowed us to upgrade to a brand new car! All of the negotiating was done by email and phone, all of the paperwork was reviewed over the phone, and they delivered the new car right to our house where we signed all of the paperwork. The salesman we dealt with was Cameron who was absolutely fantastic! He was a great communicator; upfront and open; extremely helpful; pleasant, friendly and respectful at all times; and he always kept me in the loop every step of the process. All in all, it was a great car buying experience and the best car buying experience that my wife and I have ever had!
