Candace was awesome, very helpful all through the process, never pushy. Shannon and she tag-teamed the process to get us taken care of. The lobby was amazing! I've been in many a Ford, Chevrolet, and Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep dealership in my years, and I've NEVER had customer service even come close to what Mungenast had. When they say they strive for excellence and nothing less is acceptable, they're serious. I definitely see why my sis recommended them, and I will, too. Bravo! More
