As I walked off, visibly annoyed, Roberto noticed and approached me—not aggressively, not as a salesperson chasing a sale, but as a person who genuinely wanted me to leave the dealership with a better feeling about my evening. He didn’t pressure me. He just asked if he could help turn the experience around. That simple gesture made a difference. I ended up sitting down with him and finally having the conversation I came in for in the first place. This review is to praise Roberto for being professional, kind, and actually listening. He turned a negative into a positive—not for a commission, but because he clearly cares about how people are treated. That says a lot. More

BEWARE! !! They damaged our car, and we received the car back with a major problem that had never happened before. They told us the damage was due to an accid !! They told us the damage was due to an accident, while the car never had an accident unless they test-drove it and ran into an accident. The service manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. Don't trust this place unless you want to fix one problem and get several other problems that will cost you a lot of money. More
