On Saturday they had a cookout for customers, great beverages, and a very nice show room. I felt like I could relax and knew all of my needs were being met. Mike from finance was also very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was the easiest checkout of any vehicle I've purchased. I bought a 2018 F150 and from test drive to the last signature on the paperwork, every single person at Bill Utter was a pleasure to work with.
