Signed a few papers for Kim, did the same with finance officer Kenneth Carter, chatted with Carl "Butch" Anderson about Denton 'back in the day' and we were done. No high pressure to buy. No stress. No strain. Even got a nice deal on our Cadillac SRX trade. Bill Utter Ford gets our Five Star stamp of approval. More

F350 Superduty. Special order. They are the best Ford dealer in my area. I have purchase 5 vehicles since 2007 have always been treated very fair. Doyle has been their in sales for a long time and is the best salesman I have dealt with. I went to 3 other local dealers before I went to them to order a F-350 Superduty and received nothing but I am not interested in ordering you a truck buy what I have attitude, Karl Klements Ford (told me I should of called they could of save me a trip out there), Autonation Grapevine ( wanted sticker price for special order and a non refundable deposit of 3,000 dollars, Five star Ford NRH (never called me when truck month started like promised). Bill Utter called me, did a follow up, emailed me with my build for finale approval, and ordered. No pressure no bull. I am going back Monday to buy my wife a Explorer. More

Fantastic Experience Mike was a very professional and extremely easy to work with.
