Very good experience with Scott Schuster, sales manager. He was able to get me the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback (sport) that I was looking for. When I came in to pick up the car and trade in my 2009 Honda Civ He was able to get me the 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback (sport) that I was looking for. When I came in to pick up the car and trade in my 2009 Honda Civic Fit Sport (which I bought from Bob Lindsay Honda in '09), Scott supported me through the process and even sat with me and showed me all the accessories. Besides being super helpful, she provided prices almost instantly on one of Honda’s hottest cars (Passport) that was more than $3,000 off sticker (while local dealer was still resistant to much other than sticker) — and no goofy hidden fees like other dealers do... We popped by on day Melissa happened to be off work and Carl helped us. We tried different Honda (Ridgeline) and he provided great service and Fantastic prices. No hassles, no delays, easy easy dealership to work with — WOW! If we would have bought a Honda there is no doubt we would have bought it here. Found a great used Pilot! I look at a used 2016 Pilot on a Monday, not yet deciding if I was going to keep my older Pilot and do the 100,000 mile maintenance. A salesman (Carl Bleichner) that I have never meet asked if he could help me. Took a test drive and was impressed by his car knowledge, so afterwards I asked him to keep an eye open for a used Pilot based on our conversation.Well he e-mailed me on Friday about a Pilot that came in that could go fast. I decided to looked at it on Saturday and I was impressed enough to put down some money to hold it until my wife could see it and I was back in town the following Thursday. I was thankful the dealership did hold that for me that for me. I did end up buying it on Thursday. It was listed below book and I was given a fair amount for my older trade in. We filled out a financial statement online earlier in the week which sped the purchase and loan process on Thursday. Tammy Boyd was so helpful! I purchased the 8-year bumper to bumper extend warranty that I said I would never do (especially on a Honda, but it was too good to pass up. I believe Bob Lindsey Honda is a great place to shop for a quality automobile and I will continue to do so. More
