Sales crew bent over backward to make sure we were happy. Carl Chestnut was our Sales person and he was very cordial, funny, and informative. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot, we discovered a Carl Chestnut was our Sales person and he was very cordial, funny, and informative. After purchasing the car and driving off the lot, we discovered a problem with the car and returned to the dealership. The service department told us that they would not be able to look at it until the next day and, depending on the problem, it may take until the day after that to get it fixed. That really irritated me, and I could tell that Carl was very irritated as well. I told Carl that it made us leery about anything else that might be wrong with the car. Carl went to management and they got a brand new identical car from a Beaverton dealership and had it delivered the next day so we wouldn't worry about the original car. Carl and the Customer Relations department really bent over backward to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. Problems like the one we encountered happen, but I was impressed at the lengths that the group went through to make us happy. More

Excellence in Service I had a great experience buying my first car at the dealership. I had an appointment with Carl, however he was busy with another appointment. I thought I would have waited a long time till he got back. I appreciated the fact that Eric came along welcoming and showed me the car I came to see. Carl then followed up with me and said I was in good hands with Eric. We had a terrific time getting to know each other. After spending couple minutes talking about the car, we spend hours everything else that was going on in our lives. After the car showing, the paper work process went smoothly, got to meet more people in the team like John and Rodolfo. We all had a pleasant discussion, Rodolfo even introduce me to Khan the manager of the dealership. They exceeded my expectation, what is great is that I was not the only guy who was enjoying the experience, I saw a lot of smiles and laughter. Khan, I do not what you are teach your team but its working. Your whole team deserve a huge bonus. Your dealership should be the golden standard to others. More

I had been really dreading going to a car dealership but Costco's program connected me to Carl. Carl was so patient he kept communicating with me as I was dragging my feet on coming in.. He was honest and genuine and made the process as simple as possible. He kept sending messages and videos of potential vehicles for me. He really asked the right questions and listened to what my needs were in a vehicle. Also, Vincent was amazing he spent so much time helping me figure out the bells and whistles of what the car offers with audio, navigation etc. Big thank you to him! Bryan, the finance Manager was also great; he was straightforward and put my nerves at ease as I was not looking forward to meeting with the" finance guy" he was very approachable and informative.
