In general, I am very pleased with Lexus of Sarasota. Carl Leblance was a very professional and communicative sales associate. He was always available for questions and kept me informed. He connected me with the amazing Jaden Shelburne to understand the technology of the vehicle. He never lost patience and maintained a very positive and helpful manner with me. My experience with finance was initially thought to be positive; however, Eric, I believe, tried to mislead me regarding the maintenance program. This may indeed be a good program but misleading me about the cost of some services left me with a bad image of the experience. I may reconsider the purchase of this program when my two included services are completed. Kelly McKallister, in guest relations, very respectfully and non-defensively responded to my experiences and thoughts associated and made every effort to make things right for me which I very much appreciate. James Deal in service also made every effort to make my experience leaving my new vehicle to have tinting of the windows completed. He had a loaner vehicle ready to go and when i went to pick up my new car, had it washed and parked for me ready to take home. I realize that no experience at a dealership will be perfect, however, Lexus of Sarasota is a work in progress with the construction and hopefully will be a far improved dealership and service provider for our community. More

Misleading info given at the start of the sale regarding payment options. Double signing paperwork. Poor communication overall. Not only was I surprised how warm and friendly everyone treated me at this dealership, but most important I did not feel any pressure to buy a car right away. Carl Leblanc was our sales agent and he was e treated me at this dealership, but most important I did not feel any pressure to buy a car right away. Carl Leblanc was our sales agent and he was extremely patient and kind dealing with this 77 year old . It took several weeks before I finally decided on the model of the car and Carl was with me answering all my questions to my satisfaction.. The two young gentlemen who helped me with all the new technical support questions were fabulous and helped set up my new ES 300H. I am loving my new Lexus. More
