I started out my career with Toyota and I was with Toyota for a little over 10 years as a service advisor/assistant service manager. I worked my way up from that point forward and finally joined an amazing team at Executive Kia. I have been married to my wife Kelly for 9 years and we have 2 wonderful boys and a wonderful corgi name Lacie! I am a gear head and enjoy my project cars, love football and any and all time with my family.

Had a terrible service experience. My car was held at the dealership for over a month. I made multiple phone calls and left multiple voicemails for my service manager and didn’t get a My car was held at the dealership for over a month. I made multiple phone calls and left multiple voicemails for my service manager and didn’t get a return once. When I went to pick up my car after getting double confirmation it was ready; I was told that the paperwork was not complete so I wouldn’t be able to take the car. In reality the paperwork was done under the wrong name. When I finally got my car, a piece of the door was sitting in my center console and the bottom half of the inside door came off and I had to put it back on. Oh and someone left their empty Dunkin Donuts box in my car. Absolutely abysmal service. Will never come here again if I can avoid doing so. More

My problem is more related to Kia as a company, but also partially to the dealership. My car’s engine blew and needed to be replaced. Kia (as a company) was absolutely no help in my situation. My engine got partially to the dealership. My car’s engine blew and needed to be replaced. Kia (as a company) was absolutely no help in my situation. My engine got recalled, but I ended up having to pay out-of-pocket anyway. I was working with Rick from the service department. He was amazing; however, he took an extended leave while my case was open, and was unavailable for a long time. The other people in the service department have no communication with each other or with their customers. They seldom called me with updates. At one point, I called t he dealership 4 times in the span of a week just to ask for an update. Every time I called, they told me the service manager would call me back. He never called me. I finally got my car back, but this experience was nothing short of a headache. Jojo and Rick are amazing and if they were the only ones there I would give them five stars. More
