The people were super nice and helpful! It seemed a bit unorganized since the person I worked with was helping me and another set of customers and when I was trying to buy the car she kept It seemed a bit unorganized since the person I worked with was helping me and another set of customers and when I was trying to buy the car she kept removing herself to go to another customer, which I get, they want the Commission and that’s totally fine but I just felt I wasn’t important even though I wanted to leave with a car that day! One thing I was very disappointed in was the cleanliness of the vehicles I test drove! They were honestly disgusting! In many of the cars I test drive there was a ton of dog and/or cat hair all over the interior, like they hadn’t even vacuumed it when they got the car. Maybe they didn’t. One smelled so bad like smoke that I had it on my clothes when I got out and smelled like an ashtray, it also had ashes all over it as well. I waited probably around 45 minutes for them to detail my car for me to even leave bc the one I bought was also pretty dirty in the inside just not as bad as the others. I probably wouldn’t recommend them to anyone because of how nasty the vehicles were, yes the people were nice but they’re a car dealership … the cars should be clean!! More
