I had an amazing experience with them, however the only thing I was not happy about was that I believe they should have put newer tires on the car that I bought . The sales team is the greatest but I can’t say the same thing about service. The appointments times are approximate, I am told sometimes they have to finish the cars from the prior day first and I have to thing about service. This was the best experience I’ve had in a car dealership in years. Having medical issues from a brain injury they treated me great and really took care of my wife. The people that we work with at Sapaugh motors were great and helped us get him to the preowned car easily and seamlessly.
