He made an appointment with me the next day and tested them. It was no pressure, transparent and upfront discussions about the car/ purchase. I felt valued as an Audi customer. Eddie was great in the finance department, the price of the car was good/fair compared to all my research. I looked for a year before I bought because I was honestly dreading buying a car. I went to a few other places to check things out and it was a waste of my time, but I needed to know and compare.
