I don't even know where to begin with my experience purchasing and Audi. Carlo Gilli Jr was my sales rep and he was AMAZING. From the test drive to the day we signed the papers and I drove my car home purchasing and Audi. Carlo Gilli Jr was my sales rep and he was AMAZING. From the test drive to the day we signed the papers and I drove my car home, Carlo made the experience that much better. He was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all of my questions. He took the time to show me everything I wanted to set up (with my phone) on the day I drove my car home. The best thing was walking out to get my car and on it was a red sign that said Mary's Q5 with a handwritten tree and santa sign on it. It's going the extra mile that really makes Carlo stick out. If you're looking to purchase an Audi and you want someone who cares about your needs and knows everything there is to know about Audi's, CARLO IS YOUR GUY! More
