Carlo was absolutely fantastic! He not only made the process very simple but also extremely enjoyable! I've always been a little wary of salespeople, especially the first time I meet them, but he made t process very simple but also extremely enjoyable! I've always been a little wary of salespeople, especially the first time I meet them, but he made the entire process easy and, again, enjoyable. He walks you through every feature on the vehicle and does such a good job that you feel you know the vehicle inside and out even after just the first test drive. I highly recommend working with him when you're making the decision on your first, or next, Audi vehicle. More

From the moment we walked into this dealership, we were made to feel like valued customers . . . even though we were looking at a used vehicle that was a trade in. The process was the smoothest and most p made to feel like valued customers . . . even though we were looking at a used vehicle that was a trade in. The process was the smoothest and most painless one ever. Carlo was the best! Such a nice guy, extremely knowledgeable, helpful with any questions we had and again, while I know this was nothing he was going to make any real money from, he treated us as I would guess he treats every customer. The Camry we purchased is beautiful and we are so grateful to have it. Carlo even followed up with a phone call to us the next day that unfortunately we missed because I would have loved to thank him again for all he did for us. We will be recommending this dealership and Carlo to everyone and if by some chance one day WE can purchase an Audi . . . we will definitely be back here! More
