He took the time to show me everything I wanted to set up (with my phone) on the day I drove my car home. The best thing was walking out to get my car and on it was a red sign that said Mary's Q5 with a handwritten tree and santa sign on it. It's going the extra mile that really makes Carlo stick out. The service was excellent but slower than usual. The bad rating is due to the lack of masks and the antagonism from GM Brian when this was pointed out. When sales employees walk through service, don a mask. It appears to be a macho thing. All the women wear masks, and maybe 1/3 of the men. We felt unsafe. This comes from the top and the GM needs to be removed. This reflects bad on the brand. More
