My experience was Carlos Fernandez was absolutely exceptional!!! He went out of his way to get the job done for me and I was able to drive out of the lot with a brand new 2021 thanks to him. Last Sunday I decided to look for a Lexus!! Professionalism is not found often and Carlos is most definitely that.
