Our third purchase at DCH Kay This was the third time we bought a car at DCH Kay--all CRVs. We were very happy with Carlos Acosta, our sales rep. He clearly explained the differe This was the third time we bought a car at DCH Kay--all CRVs. We were very happy with Carlos Acosta, our sales rep. He clearly explained the differences in the four CRV models which helped us to select the best model for our needs. He was very friendly and polite. We were very happy with his services. Manager Raymond Furslew was very helpful and attentive to our needs during the negotiation process; and during follow up contact after our purchase to ensure that we were happy with our experience. Dan Greco was very polite and made the final step of document completion and payment very easy and comfortable. We have always felt that we have been treated fairly at DCH Kay. That is why we have bought three vehicles from them and hope to return in the future when it is time to make our next purchase. More

Good to go! I was pleasantly surprised at 1, the short amount of time it took for the work to be completed and 2, how pleasant all the people were whom I came in I was pleasantly surprised at 1, the short amount of time it took for the work to be completed and 2, how pleasant all the people were whom I came in contact with.
