I’m a returning customer who previously had a good experience at Sun Toyota, but this recent visit left me completely disappointed. I inquired about a 2018 Acura MDX listed around $20,500. I asked up experience at Sun Toyota, but this recent visit left me completely disappointed. I inquired about a 2018 Acura MDX listed around $20,500. I asked up front for an out-the-door (OTD) price and was told by my previous sales rep that I’d get the “very best deal,” with loyalty discounts available. I made the trip expecting honesty and professionalism — instead, I was quoted over $31,000 OTD, with multiple undisclosed fees and inflated add-ons that weren’t shown online. Worse, the person introduced to help finalize the deal (a manager or supervisor, not wearing a name tag) treated me disrespectfully — saying I was “wasting their time” just for questioning the inflated price. When I asked for his name, he refused and argued with me about why I even needed it. It was an unprofessional and uncomfortable experience. Although a more senior manager eventually tried to help, by that point the trust was gone. I left feeling deceived and unwelcome — not how any customer should feel, let alone a returning one. I’ve visited several other dealerships recently, and none treated me this way or inflated prices so drastically. This felt like a bait-and-switch, and I’d caution others to ask for full pricing in writing before making the trip. More

This was the 2nd dealership I went to today looking for a 4x4 low miles truck. Carlos was kind, gracious and applied zero pressure for the sale. I’m satisfied with my purchase from Sun Toyota and had a pleasant experience with them. I went to multiple dealers in area with interest of the same car I viewed at Sun Toyota before continuing to see optio pleasant experience with them. I went to multiple dealers in area with interest of the same car I viewed at Sun Toyota before continuing to see options elsewhere and I realized that they were very different from most place's from Brooksville to Clearwater so if your coming from far there definitely worth the drive. Definitely can see my next vehicle being purchased there..Thanks again More

I bought my 2017 Toyota Corolla from this dealership in April 2017. My loan paid off over a year and the dealership has want to make me on offer for my Corolla, Carlos went over and beyond for my husband a April 2017. My loan paid off over a year and the dealership has want to make me on offer for my Corolla, Carlos went over and beyond for my husband and I. I was a new car but I am employee of a competitors Finance company, I was use my employee discount to buy another vehicle. This is cash sale I have no loan. I has all my paperwork got a fair price for my Corolla. There was a snag as lot a times in car business, Carlos could sent us out and we taken out car back. Carlos went out of his way nothing to gain financially to get us our check that day. I worked for over 19 years in the Car Finance industry and in my career dealt with a lot of dealerships and their employees. I rarely write a review. I Would have given more than 5 stars because Carlos serviced his customer even though no incentive except customer satisfaction to do so. Thank you Carlos going over and beyond for it very rare to do so. More
