Joe Lawlor and Braintree Team We jut completed a lease on a 2019 Highlander and want to relay that our experience was fantastic. Joe as the primary contact along with Eric Franke We jut completed a lease on a 2019 Highlander and want to relay that our experience was fantastic. Joe as the primary contact along with Eric Franke kept my wife and I well informed along the way. Carlos Alvarez and Joey Foy worked through all the paperwork when we came into the dealership in what I can only describe as the simplest car dealership experience we’ve had in a very long time. Curious and professional team that we will happily recommend to others who are looking for a new vehicle. Thank you, Todd Burtch More

Excellent Dealership with a Highly Qualified Team The purchase of a 2019 Toyota Sienna Mobility and the negotiated trade-in of our 2006 Trailblazer at the end of March was done with the highest profes The purchase of a 2019 Toyota Sienna Mobility and the negotiated trade-in of our 2006 Trailblazer at the end of March was done with the highest professionalism expected. Attention to and assistance with follow-up requirements for registering the new vehicle and transfer of plates across state lines by Carlos Alvarez was way beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend not only this dealership, but this sales person, Carlos, as well as he is a knowledgeable, caring & compassionate individual. I also would like to give kudos for both Bob Hadges and Sunny for their quick response to my initial questions and follow-up on Toyota's post-sale rebate application. More
